The WFI Estate Office is an independent, private organization operating and administering the estate of William F. Irvine. The estate contains a variety of assets, including the York Group of Companies, an ownership stake in Tubular Steel Inc. as well as significant real estate holdings and other property. Many of the assets within the estate of William F. Irvine will eventually be transferred to the I.C. Foundation, a private charitable foundation operating in Canada.
